My experience since I got my hot tub from Backyard Living Centre has been amazing. Got the product last year; 2023 and the help from Sheryl and other staff before, during and after I took delivery of this product has been amazing till date. If there is any rating above 5 star, I would give. Their help response is pretty fast and you can be sure to get the help and attention you seek. Sheryl helps with water care, making sure we are putting the correct chemicals in and is available by text to answer any questions. The whole install went very smoothly due to their knowledge they passed to us to prep - we previously did not know how to prepare. We are in tub every day - best buy we’ve made in years.

We purchased a h2o spa last year from Sheryl and Matt, I am so happy I listened to their expertise! Delivery was amazing especially with us being out of town and fantastic set up.
